- Direct experience in developing training programs for technical/craftsmanship roles (e.g., welding, painting, CNC machining).
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive working mindset.
- Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and creating various forms of training media (e.g., PowerPoint, Video).
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
- Deep knowledge of modern strategic HR management tools, including Competency, BSC, Succession Plan, Career Path, and IDP.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems, specifically IATF16949 and ISO14001.
- Good command of English.

Job Description
- Conduct research on Chinese companies, partners, markets, products, etc. as instructed by manager
- Generate reports on research and analysis
- Communicate with Chinese counterparts in both writing and speaking
- Act as translator for team members, managers and executives when required
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate business performance and opportunities both for internal and external companies
- Support cross-functional teams on operations related to Chinese speaking stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher – business, engineering, and communications majors are preferred but not required
- Native Mandarin speaker; fluent in writing, reading and speaking
- Professional proficiency in Thai and/or English (advantage if can do both)
